You probably know that neighbourhood you call home very well an we think that is important! That is why we give leads out to our realtors for the area they live in.

QUALIFICATIONS
​

  • The ideal candidate must have completed the real estate salesperson licensing course through the Manitoba Real Estate Association

  • Proven work experience and a track record of successful sales

  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
​

  • Assist sellers/buyers and provide professional guidance in marketing/purchasing property for the right price and under the best possible terms

  • Determine clients needs, financial abilities and propose realistic solutions

  • Refer clients to professionals regarding mortgages, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest deal

  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values

  • Display and market properties to possible buyers

  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, closing statements etc.)

  • Maintain and update listings of available properties

  • Cooperate with appraisers, lenders and home inspectors

  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors

  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
